Firstly I’d like to thank every single person who’s ever supported me by sharing a status, liking a photo, attending a walk, or donating to my page. Together we’ve made a huge difference to the health of our river and the habitat for everything that calls it home.
I have been wondering how best to post this but figure that being upfront and honest with those who have supported me is the best way.
Since I was made redundant and made cleaning the river my job, I’ve had to take up a part time job at a local supermarket to make ends meet. I am now at a crossroad where I need to ensure that my work on the river works for me as well as the wider community.
I am asking followers if they will commit to signing up to a monthly subscription via the link below if they are able. I know for many this isn’t possible and that’s OK, but if it is, and if you currently support a good cause with a monthly donation, please consider making that good cause our River Freshney and ensuring its future health.
