Your Canoe River Cleaner DOES Need You!
And it’s simple to help…
Volunteers are vital to the ongoing upkeep of the river and its surroundings.
And helping not just the local community, but the abundance of wonderful wildlife a healthy River Freshney brings to our region, can take many forms.
You may be able to give up an hour of your time to help with a litter pick along the river banks. You may be able to give up several hours and join in a group BIG PICK. You may have a canoe and can help from on top of the water.
You may not be able to offer your time but would like to help in other ways. Making a simple donation helps keep the volunteers and cleaning project going, or why not take a look in our shop, where all profits are recycled back in to the community project.
Alternatively, you may be a business who is in a position to sponsor us and be associated with what is one of the most cost efficient and productive projects, with instantly identifiable benefits to the local wildlife and community, that has ever been undertaken in our region by volunteers.
