Build A Lesson For The Kids
I am extremely passionate about our river and it’s wildlife. So much so that i wanted to share my love of the Freshney with young children in the area. Together with the help of my wingman Rick and the consistent support of local businesses i have created this short video which is ideally aimed at children of a primary school age. Teachers should easily be able to build a lesson around it as our river and it’s wildlife offer so much scope for creative activities.
Duck And Swan Food.
I’ve team up with Haith’s Bird Food who have kindly supplied me with correct feed for our waterfowl. It’s very important that we feed our ducks, geese, swans, and all birds the appropriate food, and what better way than to educate the children?
